Broccoli Cheese Soup

I first tried this recipe at a Girl's Choice Dance at my friend, Camel's house back in high school. I was so in love with it that I got the recipe. It's been a family favorite ever since. You have to have this in a bread bowl, or with like fifteen rolls. It's so amaaaaaaaaaazing. I think it's the Cheese Whiz.

Broccoli Cheese Soup

Saute in pan over stove:
1/4 lb. margarine
1/2 onion, chopped.

Blend in a blender:
3/4 c. flour
1 quart milk

Add the flour/milk mixture to the margarine and onion.

Then add 3 1/2 chicken bouillon cubes and 1 lg. jar cheese whiz. Cook until thick. Then add 8 oz. steamed broccoli.
